Herrcon, LLC was created for the sole purpose of providing professional commercial construction services. We specialize in providing services to governmental entities through direct negotiations, traditional bidding or Job Order Contracting (JOC). We believe in providing honest, dependable, quality services in a professional manner.

We promote a team atmosphere with our clients so that projects can be accomplished promptly in the form the client expected. Our efforts are to assist clients with initial identification of construction needs per anticipated project. We will help with establishing the basic construction needs of a project to any additional items that can be included within the budget.

Our objective is to provide professional services in a timely manner within the client's budgeted funds.
